The pulp was an in-house newspaper produced & published by Cohere for their client, PMCProperty Group.
Playing on the history of the building and its original owner, Frank Munsey, we created a unique seasonal publication dedicated to the building, its current residents, and baltimore culture. Named after Frank’s pioneering invention, the “pulp fiction” magazine, our print publication showcased pieces of Baltimore’s history mixed with modern elements of urban culture and Charm City developments.
